MACHINING
TURNING CENTERS
Our CNC turning centers are capable of machining parts of varying sizes, from .125" diameter, all the way up to 36" diameter and 48" long.

We also offer bar feeding for high quantity projects, as well as live tooling centers for more complex designs.
MILLING CENTERS
Our vertical milling centers can machine parts up to 63" in length, 24" in width, and up to 20" tall. We have the latest generation controls, with wireless touch probes and wireless tool teaching.
We also are equipped with an 8" chuck 4th axis machine for specific applications, and a Series 1 Bridgeport for manual milling. All of our CNC mills utilize CAT 40 & CAT 50 tooling.

LAPPING SERVICES
Our lapping department consists of multiple Lapmaster lapping and polishing machines, and we can lap surfaces up to 7.50" diameter to achieve a desired finish, or flatness. Our optical flat inspection system delivers flatness verification using lightbands and can achieve a flatness down to .0000116”
SURFACE GRINDING
We also have a 6" manual surface grinding machine with a maximum stroke length of 18" to accommodate flatness requirements.
